Laura Koester serves as the Director of Insurance Operations for Flagler Insurance’s Kentucky Division. Laura has over 30 years of experience insuring equine and high net worth individuals and Families. Her previous roles have included serving as a National Practice Leader for Equine, Farm, and Ranch for both Marsh & Willis North America, Inc. and most recently the National Farm & Ranch Director for Farm Family Insurance.
A life-long equestrian, Laura has been involved with all aspects of the equine industry, from breeding and racing to show jumping and foxhunting. In her free time Laura enjoys breeding and showing Rhodesian Ridgebacks along with spending time on her farm in KY.
